About this role
Role Overview
- Leading the design and development of innovative solutions
- Deploying, maintaining, and improving the ServiceNow Service Management platform
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Providing technical guidance to the development team
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies, platforms, and frameworks
- Managing and mentoring a team of BAs, admins, solution architects, and developers
- Ensuring platform alignment with the business strategy
- Creating and maintaining a detailed view of the existing architecture
- Participating in process workshops
Requirements
- Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points
- Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable and robust system architectures
- Familiarity with cloud services, enterprise software, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT
- ITIL Certification
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) OR ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Project Management qualifications such as Prince2, PMP etc.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
