Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers
Oversee all stages of highway projects from conception through completion
Provide technical leadership in highway design
Engage with clients, contractors, and public agencies
Act as a technical expert in advanced engineering concepts
Monitor budgets for ongoing projects and contribute to business development activities

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
Extensive knowledge and experience in highway design including road geometry, junction designs, and road restraint systems
Proven experience in successfully leading a team and managing stakeholder relationships
Proficient in design software such as Civil 3D, Open Roads, Infraworks, Navisworks, PDS/Key Line and Sign, AutoCAD, and ProjectWise
Familiarity with BIM and common data environment software
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status of a recognized professional institution is an advantage
12+ years of experience in highway design
