Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to support core business processes
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations including Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Jobs
Own all Salesforce-driven business processes including support, maintenance, documentation, user training, and ongoing enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns within Salesforce
Collaborate with Product Team/Owner and business analysts to optimize reporting, automation, and user workflows
Champion process improvement initiatives and stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in Salesforce application development and deployment
2+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.
Strong experience with the Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs and integration best practices
Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations (250+ users)
Proficient with Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools
