8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on back-end development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Strong expertise in multiple programming languages, including Java, Node.js, C++, and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and AWS services, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
Extensive experience with Docker and containerisation tools.
Familiarity with logging and analytics tools such as Datadog.
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and experience contributing to full-stack solutions is considered an advantage.
Experience in the trading or financial services industry is preferred.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks and how they interact with back-end systems is a plus.
