Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth throughout the assigned territory
Build relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations
Identify and qualify new opportunities while managing an active sales pipeline
Partner with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams
Serve as the voice of the customer by communicating market trends and customer needs
Develop account plans, forecasts, and territory growth strategies
Negotiate commercial agreements that strengthen customer partnerships while protecting profitability
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and customer engagement
Represent Silgan Dispensing Systems at customer meetings and industry events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
10+ years of business development, key account management, or direct sales experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, packaging, or related industries
Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to exceed sales goals
Experience working remotely from a home office
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
