Role Overview
- Migration of SharePoint on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online
- Second-level support for Digital Workplace issues
- Documentation of complex problems and their resolutions
- Delivering user guidance and assistance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- More than 5 years of experience in similar field
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (Online/OnPrem), M365, Azure AD, Atlassian Confluence and Jira, Document management systems preferably SER Doxis4
- Experience in application development with Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus
- Experience in SharePoint migration projects is a plus
- Willingness to learn and openness to new technologies
- Knowledge of digital workplace technologies and European IT standards
- Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills preferable
- Working experience in international IT centres and teams
- Strong communication skills, intercultural competence and hands-on mentality
