Welcome and set the initial scope with the accounting firm
Lead the kick-off meeting: objectives, scope, milestones, roles (sponsor, internal contacts)
Assess the context: firm size and organization, business priorities, scheduling constraints
Provide the training kit and register participants to Pennylane group sessions
Prepare and run "first steps" workshops focused on key workflows (bookkeeping, review, VAT, period-end closing)
Track participation and follow up with teams until the expected proficiency level is achieved
Define prerequisites and checklists; set up a simple dated schedule
Organize short, regular troubleshooting slots; respond promptly to questions
Centralize feedback, handle straightforward issues, and escalate technical topics to the relevant teams
Maintain a dashboard tracking progress, adoption, incidents, and risks
Produce clear meeting notes after each session; record decisions
Prepare the handover package for the team responsible for long-term adoption follow-up
Equip the sponsor and internal point of contact with communication materials for staff
Collect field feedback and continuously improve materials

Experience in an accounting firm with at least three full fiscal reporting cycles (years)
Hands-on experience with accounting cycles: bookkeeping, review, VAT, and period-end closing
Experience in client support or training is a plus
Comfortable with collaboration tools (Google Workspace), tracking tools (spreadsheets, shared boards) and remote communication (video conferencing, messaging)
Personal qualities: professional credibility, service mindset, reliability, and a passion for continuous improvement
