Role Overview
- Proactively contact potential customers in the mid-market and upper SMB segments
- Schedule demo appointments to present our solutions
- Run your own outbound campaigns
- Work closely with the GTM (go-to-market) team
- Optimize and scale sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in sales (preferably B2B) with direct customer contact
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous personal development
- Native-level German and solid English skills
