Structure databases in a simple, clear way, ensuring a consolidated and strategic view of interactions and experiences across channels;
Develop more comprehensive analyses with a predictive focus, anticipating behavioral trends and risks of dissatisfaction based on historical data;
Cross-reference data and identify customer behavior patterns, such as frequent complaints or friction points in the customer journey, and present these findings clearly to the team and other departments;
Act as the team's technical reference, supporting more junior analysts in validating methods, ensuring consistency of analyses, and aligning with the area's strategic objectives;
Communicate insights clearly and strategically to leadership, providing data that supports high-impact business decisions;
Ensure that all analyses in the area are well organized, secure, accurate, and properly documented, guaranteeing the responsible and transparent use of data.

Bachelor's degree;
Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel; basic PowerPoint desirable);
Basic SQL;
Basic statistics;
Intermediate Power BI;
Experience working in Marketing teams;
Experience working with marketing indicators related to campaigns, projects, and branding.
