About this role
Role Overview
Partner with the Senior Director of Labor Relations to develop and execute enterprise labor relations strategy.
Identify and recommend critical labor relations priorities and proactively address emerging risks.
Represent the company at the bargaining table, including serving as lead or co-lead negotiator.
Speak on behalf of the company during negotiations and labor-management meetings.
Serve as designated backup to the Senior Director of Labor Relations.
Independently lead labor initiatives and partner with external labor counsel.
Lead or co-lead labor campaigns and work with external consultants.
Oversee the grievance and arbitration process.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Analyze internal and external labor trends and provide actionable insights.
Design and implement scalable labor relations processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
5 years or more of progressive labor relations experience
Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations
Experience partnering with external labor counsel
Experience with labor campaigns or union organizing
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
