Professional employed by the Contractor who, with basic knowledge of common programming languages, is able to understand the types of issues the application may present, build a mental model of how the software works internally and test the boundaries of that model, and perform automated tests when necessary.

Higher education degree (technologist, bachelor's degree, and/or postgraduate — lato sensu or stricto sensu) in Information Technology.
Experience as a Mid-level Test Analyst and in agile development.
Software Testing Certification: Required to hold at least one of the certifications from the following certifying organizations:

Quality Assurance
ALATS
