Act as the most senior hands-on Salesforce engineer, setting development standards and guiding best practices across the team.
Build and lead the development of advanced solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and key enterprise systems such as ERP, Marketing platforms, and data systems.
Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment through strong development lifecycle practices.
Support and mentor other developers and administrators, helping raise engineering capability across the Salesforce team.
Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reduce technical debt, and strengthen the overall Salesforce architecture.
