Role Overview
- Manage and perform all facets of the audits for existing clients
- Perform extensive excel analysis as part of audit execution
- Manage audit KPIs including deadlines and budgets
- Interact with cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare and review all client deliverables
- Demonstrate solid understanding of client businesses and technologies
- Supervise, coach and mentor all levels of staff
- Recruit, develop and mentor a talented team
- Identify opportunities for new services
Requirements
- BA/BS in Accountancy or related field
- 6+ years in Professional Services
- Preferred third party audit experience including contractual review
- Strong references from existing employer/clients
- Strong background in auditing techniques and/or data analysis
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence and resolve issues with senior leaders
- Hard working, detail oriented, and able to motivate and manage engagement teams
- English fluency both verbal and written is required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
