About this role
Role Overview
Drive new business development in France for high-temperature industrial heat pump solutions.
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with industrial customers and key decision-makers.
Manage complex technical B2B sales cycles, often involving large organizations and multiple stakeholders.
Conduct initial customer discussions remotely, followed by deeper technical engagement supported by internal engineering teams.
Coordinate with internal experts to support technical simulations and feasibility discussions for potential projects.
Travel to customer sites to advance opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events (typically one major conference per year).
Requirements
Fluency in French and English.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within a technical environment.
Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems, heat pumps, thermodynamics, or related thermal technologies.
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, relationship-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently in an autonomous role while collaborating with distributed teams.
Willingness to travel within France and occasionally internationally.
