Role Overview
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or experience with another backend language and willingness to learn Ruby
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices-oriented architecture
- Git and collaborative version control
- Experience integrating frontend and backend.
Requirements
- Preferred:
- Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, SQS)
- Knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Awareness of observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
- Experience with design systems or accessibility
- Familiarity with software quality testing (manual and automated)
