Spearhead technical projects focused on the end-to-end reverse logistics lifecycle for returned assets and drones
Design, develop, and implement streamlined technical processes for the triage, repair, rebuilding, and refurbishment of assets
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the reverse logistics flow
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support internal teams and external partners
Take ownership of data analysis and reporting related to technical rebuild metrics

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in reverse logistics, service engineering, or a related technical role
5+ years of people management experience
Demonstrated ability to successfully implement and manage technical solutions and systems
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end reverse logistics processes
Proven proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI
Experience in evaluating and effectively managing relationships with third-party vendors
Strong ability to analyze end-to-end processes and identify data-driven opportunities for continuous improvement
Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams
