Develop and manage our cybersecurity and Infrastructure business in Latin America delivering work scope commitments that meet and exceed customer and business growth expectations through the regional and global LCS Cyber professional service (CPS) delivery teams.
Build a collaborative relationship with regional organizations and global CPS teams to ensure cohesive teamwork and understanding on methodology for a high-quality customer experience.
Operationalize the strategic framework to achieve cybersecurity business growth, improve outcomes, and uphold an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
Provide strategic insight and subject matter expertise to sales organization and other stakeholders and take an active role in joint sales calls and large account presentations, proposal management and review, where necessary.
Continuously provide market intelligence on portfolio and commercial positioning as well as competitor analysis.
Identifying and fostering partnerships with third parties (vendors, strategic partners, etc.) to drive revenue and profit growth.
Cultivate key external customer and team member relationships to increase success.
Support commercial opportunities and resolve work scope issues.
Establish relationships with teams within the LCS CDM organization.
Anticipate and proactively resolve problems to meet strategic goals.
Demonstrate P&L ownership and business management to meet annual targets.
Mentoring team members to develop critical competencies across multiple teams.
Driving collaboration across regionally diverse groups and encouraging cybersecurity adoption among large regional customers.
Implementing and adopting common practices to ensure consistent global project execution and quality customer experience.
Leveraging remote teams (GCC) to enhance capacity and cost efficiency.
Embracing productivity improvement standards (QMS) and customer experience evaluations (SQDC) to improve team performance.
Maintaining working schedules to accommodate global time zones.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technology-driven discipline.
5+ years of proven experience as a P&L owner, driving business growth and leading teams.
Effectively collaborate across regionally diverse and highly technical teams.
Leadership qualities that motivate geographically dispersed teams.
Experience completing full program/project lifecycle implementations as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team.
Experience developing enterprise program in customers in OT space.
