Work in a cross-functional team of senior engineers, developers, and architects
Take ownership of QA across all project stages
Solve complex technical challenges and influence project outcomes
Ensure high-quality delivery and take substantial features from concept to shipping
Provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to proposals and project planning
Work on both automated and manual testing, shaping processes and influencing multiple projects
Implement new technologies and guide teams on complex components
Provide technical expertise where needed

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience testing web applications.
Working knowledge of Java.
Proven experience in creating automated tests for web applications and APIs.
Experience with parallel test executions and distribution options (CI/CD, Docker).
Ability to design test approaches and actively participate in manual testing, including creation, review, execution, and exploratory testing.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
Experience with test management tools, bug-tracking systems, and exposure to all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
