You will work in order management for our leading take-back systems for end-of-life batteries, electrical appliances, and packaging.
You will perform regular tasks such as order acceptance, data entry, registration, and reporting for our customers.
In our IT system Microsoft Dynamics Navision, you will create and verify invoices and credit notes.
Through telephone support for customers and service providers, you will strengthen relationships with our partners and resolve any issues that arise.
You will actively reflect on your work and help shape the ongoing development of your role.
Requirements
You have successfully completed commercial (business) training and are now looking for an exciting new challenge.
Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in operational business.
With your hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, you are a true team player.
You work independently, take responsibility, and are particularly reliable with deadlines.
You are known for a precise and structured approach to work.
You have good MS Office skills and adapt quickly to new IT systems.
