You support bank teams on-site in using “Reclaim” optimally and efficiently.
You design and deliver trainings and workshops — both digitally and on-site.
You advise on restructuring, liquidation and termination processes, as well as on corporate client management in distressed situations.
You assist with integration into regulatory reporting (e.g., Deutsche Bundesbank) and ensure compliance-oriented workflows.
Requirements
Experience with processing and collection procedures (debt collection/recovery) in German retail banking as well as in commercial and corporate banking.
Knowledge of German banking regulations, processes and bank-specific expectations.
Experience in receivables management within lending/credit operations is a plus.
Vocational training or a degree in banking, finance, business informatics or economics.
Further training / certification in: financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) (desirable)
Regulatory reporting (Meldewesen)
Restructuring and turnaround
Experience in the financial institutions (FI) environment is an advantage
Willingness to travel throughout Germany
Native or fluent German language skills (written and spoken); English optional
Strong communication skills, process orientation and ability to work independently
