Junior Document and Transfer Regularization Analyst

Role Overview

• Collect and analyze data related to existing business processes, including performance data, metrics and process flowcharts.
• Monitor and maintain the area's KPIs, analyzing historical data to identify potential process deviations and additional improvement opportunities.
• Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, minimizing manual errors, and increasing accuracy in operations.
• Develop automations using tools such as Power Automate, Python, C#.NET, SAP Script, VBA macros, Pipefy, Power Apps, and other technology platforms.
• Collaborate with partner teams to gather requirements and understand processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed; degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
