This role coordinates with internal teams, supports onboarding and peer guidance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
The position follows established procedures, production standards, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to overall operational effectiveness and service quality.
Requirements
Insurance experience mandatory (P&C Claims).
