About this role

Provide legal advice to the Asia Pacific real estate business and on occasion to colleagues based in Europe
Oversee investment activity, including fund transactions, and manage legal risk
Assist with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and related integration processes
Manage collaboration with external counsel
Draft/review and negotiate contracts relating to fund entities’ activities
Develop and implement policies and guidelines for transactions and general operations
Present key risks and transactional structure to business stakeholders

A qualified solicitor with experience gained in house in financial services or a similar regulated business or with an internationally recognised legal firm
Demonstrated experience in real estate law, including experience in due diligence, leasing and developments
Experienced in fund transactional law including complex real estate funds and joint venture structures (on and off shore) and associated agreements
Management of fund transactions and managing external counsel
Cross border experience, and language skills are an asset
