Role Overview
- Shape the strategic direction of Fidelity’s audit methodology and quality framework
- Oversee several enterprise-critical workstreams that strengthen audit execution and enhance risk management
- Lead the integration of strategic enhancements into FCA’s methodologies, tools, and processes
- Develop strategic, data-driven reporting for the Audit Committee, Board, and executive leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of audit or related experience (preferably in financial services)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) are strongly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and effective relationship management skills
