Revenue Cycle Manager

Role Overview

• oversee day-to-day management and provide leadership to billing operations
• develop a team to manage timely billing of claims and payment posting
• create process documentation for efficient and compliant billing workflows
• work with other business leadership to provide consistent billing guidance

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in healthcare management
• experience in oversight of projects and processes requiring complex resolution
• experience working with legal and compliance partners
• baseline discipline experience as a business analyst, report writer, project manager or similar role
• ability to monitor KPIs and report on variances, risks and improvement opportunities
