Advise & enable: You support bank teams on site in using “Reclaim” optimally and efficiently.
Share knowledge: You design and deliver trainings and workshops — both digitally and on site.
Improve processes: You advise on restructuring, liquidation and termination processes as well as corporate customer management in distressed situations.
Reporting & regulatory interfaces: You support integration with regulatory reporting (e.g., Deutsche Bundesbank) and ensure compliance-oriented workflows.

Experience with resolution and debt collection processes in German retail banking as well as in SME and corporate banking.
Expertise in German banking regulations, processes and bank-specific expectations.
Experience in receivables/claims management within the banking sector is an advantage.
Degree or vocational training in banking, finance, business informatics or economics.
Further training / certification in:
Financial statements under the German Commercial Code (HGB) — desirable
Regulatory reporting
Restructuring and turnaround
Experience in Financial IT (FI) environments is an advantage.
Willingness to travel across Germany.
Native or fluent German (written and spoken); English skills are optional.
Strong communication skills, process orientation and ability to work independently.
