Role Overview
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and internal databases
- Support contract administration, documentation checks, and compliance tracking
- Handle employee inquiries and support the preparation of official letters and documentation for authorities
- Provide support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 semesters completed at university
- Strong interest in HR operations and willingness to learn, develop, and grow in the role
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Confident in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
