3+ years in Client/Customer Success, Account Management, or Marketing Management roles
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
1+ years of experience working with restaurant or hospitality clients
Fluent in English (C1+)
Deep understanding of content SEO, audience segmentation, storytelling frameworks, and multi-channel content planning
Hands-on experience with content workflows and platforms like CMS systems, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, and Monday.com
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets
