Own end-to-end on-site implementations of Flipdish solutions, ensuring hardware and software are installed and configured correctly.
Build deep product knowledge (accounts, configurations, workflows) so you can tailor setups to each restaurant’s needs.
Deliver clear on-site training and practical support so restaurant teams can adopt Flipdish confidently.
Troubleshoot hardware/technical issues on-site; escalate appropriately and keep customers informed throughout.
Partner with the Onboarding team to plan work, manage timelines, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Keep accurate records of installs, customer interactions, and issues; provide regular, clear updates to the team.
Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working; prioritising harmony over truth or progress is a failure of responsibility.

Have 1–3 years in a hands-on field engineer / service engineer role (or equivalent practical experience)
Can demonstrate proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot customer-facing hardware/software on-site
Posess strong communication and stakeholder management
Take high ownership: you don’t wait to be told what to do
Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working.
Experience running and terminating cable, drilling/mounting equipment safely (would help you stand out)
Familiarity with POS / payments / printer setups in hospitality environments (would help you stand out)
Experience training customers/staff on-site during implementations (would help you stand out)
