Responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth for Blue Spark Energy across the Middle East.
Develop, execute, and adapt strategic sales plans to capture market share.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
Prepare accurate proposals, presentations, and bid submissions aligned with company pricing and commercial policies.
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts through disciplined CRM use and activity tracking.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize value per client and partner.
Establish, grow, and maintain trusted relationships at all levels within client and partner organizations.
Work collaboratively with local partners, agents, and internal support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets and sectors.
Represent Blue Spark Energy at industry conferences and client events to drive brand awareness.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in international sales and business development within the energy services sector, including both offshore and land operations.
Direct experience selling solutions into the well intervention market is required.
Proven success managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts with NOCs, IOCs, and major service companies in the Middle East.
Results-driven with a track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets, expanding market share, and growing revenue through new and existing accounts.
Established regional network within assigned markets (Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) strongly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region as required including air-travel.
Enterprising self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, variable environment; able to manage multiple priorities to closure and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to develop a robust sales funnel and deliver consistent results.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to achieve objectives.
Motivated by personal accountability while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Persuasive communicator capable of influencing at all organizational levels through clear presentations and strategic messaging.
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills considered an asset.
