About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification efforts
Engage with potential clients from various channels and assess their needs
Create opportunities for the sales team
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
Respond promptly to inbound leads and provide actionable feedback to Marketing
Manage and coordinate activities related to trade shows and webinars
Execute post-event strategies to engage attendees through personalized outreach
Conduct targeted research on assigned territory accounts
Requirements
Minimum of 1.5 years as an SDR or in a similar sales role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics
Experience engaging with warm leads, including those from events and marketing campaigns
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage), and research tools such as LinkedIn Navigator
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different personas
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to prioritize accounts and determine the most effective outreach approach
Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the sales organization.
