Identify and win new sales opportunities and achieve or exceed individual revenue targets
Increase enterprise revenue in the EMEA region by selling Fiserv’s "Carat" solution (including merchant acquisition, terminals, gateways and value-added services)
Focus on defined target segments such as Retail, Food Service & Hospitality, QSR, Mobility, Gaming/Gambling and Financial Services with an omnichannel approach
Develop and implement robust go-to-market strategies to drive business growth
Create and optimize pricing models and contract structures in alignment with company objectives
Analyze market, competitor and customer data to identify new business opportunities
Maintain a transparent and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system
Develop and manage strategic account plans for relevant opportunities
Requirements
Extensive sales experience, particularly in merchant acquisition or within the payments/FinTech environment
Solid understanding of modern payment technologies, especially omnichannel platforms, gateways and terminals
Strong network and established contacts with enterprise customers in relevant industries
Proven track record of independently closing complex deals—from negotiation through contract signing
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term customer and partner relationships
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Ability to operate confidently within complex, international organizations
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
Integrity and high ethical standards
Fluent German and good command of English; additional languages are a plus
