As an Account Manager, you will be part of KPI Digital’s sales team, continuously building a pipeline of sales opportunities with enterprise and mid-market leaders within your territory.
You are a growth-oriented sales professional who has consistently driven positive impact through year-over-year business expansion.
You understand — and have managed — all stages of the sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, and closing, using a disciplined sales process and technical expertise.
You build relationships with buyers and key decision-makers at new and existing clients using a differentiated roadmap and framework that leverages technology.
Negotiate new contracts, expand your sales territory, and support customers through the various stages of the sales process.
Act as a team player proposing digital transformation projects and growth strategies.
Land and grow accounts across multiple lines of business (finance, marketing, analytics, contact center, IT, etc.) at the executive level.
Requirements
Extensive experience winning and closing business within professional services, specifically focused on data and AI solutions.
Strong understanding of data concepts and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
Experience designing traditional and cloud-based data solution architectures for clients.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
High energy, focus, and ability to operate in demanding client environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
Fully bilingual (English/French) for positions based in Montreal and across the country.
