Role Overview
Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and meet or exceed revenue goals.
Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts based on territory insights and market trends.
Conduct regular on-site visits and check-ins with clients and prospects, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions during field engagements, maximizing revenue potential.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and train your team on effective sales techniques.
Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align our offerings with client needs in the field.
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, team performance, and client interactions within CRM systems.
Attend industry events and trade shows to drive sales and generate leads, positioning Solera as a thought leader in the market.
Requirements
Preferred Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of field sales management experience in the collision industry, with a proven record of success, particularly in SaaS solutions.
Prior experience within the automotive repair and collision industry is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving sales goals.
Proficient in negotiating business terms with line-of-business leaders, senior management, and C-level executives.
A consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success.
