Be the primary point of contact for all marketing matters and provide driving support
Maintain a comprehensive overview, set priorities strategically, actively coordinate tasks within the team, and ensure campaigns stay on schedule and deadlines are met
Plan our trade show participation from A to Z, handle travel and hotel arrangements, and ensure a strong on-site presence
Create and send regular newsletters to our customers. Maintain press contacts, present company achievements, and manage topics from copywriting through to publication
Act as liaison between management and marketing, ensuring clear communication and the consistent implementation of strategic directives
Contribute actively to company events — from planning through to execution

Completed vocational training or degree in a business-related field, preferably with a focus on event management
Strong organizational skills with a highly structured and independent working style
Enjoy coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping an overview
Open, communicative, and confident in appearance
Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
Confident user of MS Office; experience with Apple devices is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and good command of English
