We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a key role in supporting both our service department and customers by accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying Hyundai parts. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and identify parts requirements for technicians and customers
Source and order genuine Hyundai parts and accessories
Manage inventory, stock control, and parts ordering systems
Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Process invoices, quotes, and payments accurately
Maintain an organised and efficient parts department
Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of parts

About You

Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems (experience with Hyundai, MG, GWM, Kia or similar brands highly regarded)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
Computer literate and experience using parts catalogues and inventory systems
A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
