You will be responsible for providing strategic insights, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing campaign performance, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and results.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with the implementation and management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients experiencing issues with their digital advertising accounts.
Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports, offering actionable insights to clients to enhance their advertising strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored advertising solutions and drive client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising support or a related role.
Proficient in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
