Role Overview

Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales executives and leadership team members.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Prioritize and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely follow-up and action items.
Support sales leadership with meeting preparation, presentations, agendas, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or sales organizations.
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
