Own and drive advertising strategy across onsite and offsite retail media (sponsored placements and programmatic display) for complex client accounts
Lead strategic planning across annual, seasonal, and campaign-level initiatives, including budget allocation
Build and deliver QBRs with clear storytelling, actionable insights, and forward-looking strategy
Manage and develop junior team members, coaching on both execution and strategic thinking
Navigate challenging client conversations with confidence (performance dips, budget shifts, competitive pressure)
Proactively identify growth opportunities, including new ad formats, targeting strategies, and category expansion
Collaborate cross-functionally (client, digital, creative) to ensure a cohesive, full-funnel approach
Oversee budget pacing and performance across campaigns, optimizing toward client KPIs
Monitor competitive landscape and digital shelf trends to inform strategy
Contribute to team best practices and help evolve internal playbooks
Champion new tools, platforms, and workflows that improve performance and efficiency

3-5 years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or e-commerce marketing (agency experience preferred)
Proven track record managing multiple accounts and delivering measurable results
Strong understanding of retail media campaign strategy: keyword and product targeting, bidding, audience strategy, and campaign architecture
Comfortable working with performance data, attribution models, and platform reporting tools
Strong client communication skills, including leading presentations with senior stakeholders
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and storytelling
Strategic mindset, able to connect campaign decisions to broader business outcomes
Adaptable and comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
