Own the full content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing support
Bring the NATPAT world to life through authentic outdoor, family, and lifestyle content
Create high-quality, platform-native content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Experiment with hooks, storytelling styles, and visual approaches to maximize retention and reach
Collaborate with Snowball and NATPAT’s Brand and Creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
Work with Snowball to analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy
Stay current on platform trends, best practices, and evolving short-form formats

3+ years of experience creating short-form video content with a strong portfolio
Intermediate to advanced video editing skills in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent, with strong instincts for pacing, structure, and visual style
Ability to produce polished content with efficient turnaround times in a fast-paced environment
Strong videography skills including camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio capture, with experience shooting varied and dynamic footage
Ability to independently film high-quality content, whether using professional equipment or mobile setups
Proven ability to translate a product's benefits into clear, engaging, and relatable storytelling
Strong on-camera presence or the ability to direct talent effectively
Self-starter comfortable owning production independently in a remote environment
Strong collaborator with experience working across brand, creative, or marketing teams
Genuine love for the outdoors, family lifestyle content, or natural wellness
