Manage end-to-end air freight operations for the energy vertical, ensuring efficient cargo handling, on-time shipment execution, and operational excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high service standards.
Resolve operational challenges proactively, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless movement of shipments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
Monitor costs, optimize resources, and drive profitability through effective budget and vendor management.
Ensure accurate and timely billing, revenue capture, and vendor cost bookings in compliance with company procedures.
Negotiate rates and capacity with airlines and logistics partners to support customer requirements and business growth.
Maintain compliance with aviation, customs, safety, and regulatory requirements while upholding company policies and standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent required
2–4 years of results‑driven experience managing complex supply chains, air freight operations
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE market
Strong understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, carrier contracts, and rate mechanisms.
Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work within defined strategies while contributing practical, execution‑focused insights.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong system proficiency, including CargoWise or similar logistics platforms.
