Role Overview

As the point of contact for sleep laboratories and private practice physicians, you professionally support our customers in the daily use of our systems.
Installation, maintenance and technical instruction: you commission new devices and systems at the customer's site, perform maintenance, and train users in a clear and confident manner.
You demonstrate technical competence, provide clear explanations, and present a service-oriented demeanor.

Requirements

Completed training as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage
Solid physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) desirable
Medical and technical understanding
Confident and professional demeanor
Strong customer and service orientation
Excellent organizational skills and willingness to travel
Very good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office
