Manage customization and enhancement projects for the Protheus system (TOTVS ERP) and for customized systems (outside Protheus), from planning through delivery;
Define project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communication plan;
Lead kick-off, status report, and retrospective meetings with technical teams and stakeholders;
Ensure deadlines are met, delivery quality, and manage change control (change management);
Apply hybrid methodologies (traditional/waterfall + agile), adapting the approach based on each project's profile;
Manage vendors, partners, and multidisciplinary teams (consultants, developers, business analysts);
Prepare and present management reports and monitoring dashboards to leadership and clients;
Serve as the primary point of contact between the technical team and business areas / the client;
Identify risks, propose contingency plans, and escalate critical issues.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, working on Protheus / TOTVS ERP projects.
Strong knowledge of traditional project management (PMI / PMBOK) — planning, scheduling, WBS, risk and scope management.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) and ability to apply a hybrid approach.
Strong communication skills with technical teams and executive stakeholders (C-level).
Availability for a hybrid work model with 3 in-office days per week in São Paulo, SP.
