Role Overview

Independently handle customer inquiries
Provide technical and commercial customer consultation and support
Develop cost-optimal technical solutions
Plan projects and prepare quotations for drive technology solutions in cooperation with the field sales team and customers
Follow up on quotations, key orders and projects, and clarify deadlines
Support colleagues in field sales

Requirements

HTL (Higher Technical Institute) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in electrical and mechanical drive technology is an advantage
Enjoy interacting with customers is essential
Strong customer orientation as well as team and communication skills
Basic commercial knowledge and good English skills
Good IT skills
