Further development and expansion of resilience and emergency management in compliance with DORA
Analysis of business-critical processes and development of measures to minimize risks
Planning, coordination and documentation of emergency exercises and recovery tests
Conducting awareness and training activities and advising business units on business continuity and crisis management
Close collaboration with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management and external partners
In case of an incident: coordination of the crisis team and ensuring smooth communication and decision-making
Central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors and supervisory authorities

Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in business continuity management (especially in the banking sector)
Experience in process analysis and in developing policies, procedures and manuals
Strong teamwork and communication skills and a confident demeanor
Excellent German and good English language skills
