Manage complex factory transformation projects
Manage the implementation of a new plant layout / plant transformation
Organize project teams and assigning individual responsibilities
Develop project scope, schedules, and cost estimates
Determine resource and contracting requirements
Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards
Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
Integrate vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field along with 5 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or industrial setting, OR at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing heavy manufacturing projects if without degree
Relevant experience: Managing projects within a manufacturing environment or industrial setting, coordinating launches for new production equipment
Must be able to manage a project team in a fast paced and pressured environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; Excel. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong industrial project background
Experienced in managing complex layout changes in a manufacturing plant
Lean Manufacturing background in a plus for this role
