The Creative Marketing Manager will own the visual execution of the brand, leading creative campaigns, producing content, and ensuring cohesive marketing execution to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts for seasonal product launches and retail campaigns
Create mood boards, shot lists, styling direction, and production briefs
Plan and execute lifestyle and product photoshoots
Coordinate photographers, models, props, locations, and vendors
Creative direct shoots to ensure every asset aligns with our brand vision
Photograph products and lifestyle imagery
Edit and retouch photos for retail, ecommerce, email, and social media
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries
Ensure every piece of creative reflects premium brand standards
Build marketing calendars for product launches
Coordinate cross-functional launch timelines
Manage creative deliverables across internal teams and external partners
Ensure campaigns launch on time across every channel
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
Review and approve creative assets before publication
Continuously evolve the CharCharms aesthetic
Bring new creative ideas to elevate the brand
Track campaign performance and engagement
Analyze marketing results to improve future launches
Test new creative concepts and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

3+ years in marketing, brand, creative, or content roles
Experience producing photoshoots from concept through execution
Strong photography and photo editing skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience working with consumer products, retail brands, or ecommerce preferred
Experience launching products at major retailers
Graphic design experience
Video editing experience
Experience working with creators or influencers
Familiarity with Klaviyo
Passion for lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or consumer products
