Slydyn is transforming how drivers discover and book automotive service. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to accelerate dealership adoption of their platform through high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to dealerships and dealer groups
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls, email, and follow-up campaigns
Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
Deliver introductory platform walkthroughs and positioning conversations
Identify dealership pain points tied to appointment conversion, retention, and fixed operations growth
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on outreach strategy and targeting
Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals

Requirements:

Experience in dealership BDC, automotive SaaS SDR/BDR, or high-volume outbound sales
Comfortable making 75 to 150+ outbound calls daily
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Fixed operations experience is a major plus
Coachable, competitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Service advisor or service lane experience is strongly preferred
Experience working for an automotive technology vendor is highly valued
Familiarity with dealership technology platforms including Xtime, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, myKaarma, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar solutions is preferred
