Contact inbound mortgage leads from our credit union partners through phone calls, emails, and text messages to establish initial contact and assess borrower needs.
Conduct preliminary borrower conversations to gather information, determine eligibility, and identify financing objectives before introducing members to a Loan Officer.
Manage a high volume of inbound lead opportunities while maintaining timely follow-up and detailed communication records.
Assist with loan setup, application review, and collection of borrower documentation.
Communicate with borrowers, Realtors, title companies, insurance agents, and internal team members regarding loan status and outstanding items.
Review files for completeness and accuracy before submission to the loan officer.
Track loan milestones and proactively follow up on conditions and required documentation.
Maintain accurate loan information and notes within the Loan Origination System.
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and mortgage lending regulations.

Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
