Job Summary

Our client is seeking an InfoSec Vault Engineer to lead engineering and DevOps efforts for a global secrets management program using HashiCorp Vault, driving automation, orchestration, and cross-team collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and security.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Lead engineering and DevOps efforts for a global secrets management program using HashiCorp Vault
Drive automation, orchestration, and cross-team collaboration for operational efficiency and security
Design, build, and maintain secure infrastructure, including API Security, Encryption, PKI, and Access Control
Provide hands-on administration and support for security infrastructure and monitoring tools
Engineer integrations between HashiCorp Vault and SRE frameworks
Collaborate with security and development teams using Agile methodologies
Author, review, and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standards
Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for InfoSec engineers and stakeholders
Ensure BAU technology stability through change management and incident response
Oversee disaster recovery processes to maintain operational continuity

Requirements

10 15 years of experience in Information Security, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles
Hands-on expertise with HashiCorp Vault and secrets management
Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments
Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
Solid understanding of API Security, Encryption, PKI, Authentication, and Access Control
Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
Demonstrated expertise in Change Management, Incident Management, and Disaster Recovery
